Victims Identified

Police have identified two of the three people killed in the shooting. The victims are:

The Incident

According to police reports, the shooting took place just before 2 a.m. at Majestic Bar on Nelson Street. A number of people were patronizing the bar when three masked men armed with firearms entered and fired multiple shots.

Casualties and Injuries

The tragic event resulted in three fatalities at the scene. Additionally, six other individuals sustained gunshot wounds and are currently receiving treatment at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH). Two other males with injuries were treated at the scene.

Police Response

Police Commissioner Richard Boyce has extended his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives. He also wished the injured a full and speedy recovery.
