Environmental or Social Sustainability Component:
We insist that our investment portfolio generate significant returns for both investors and future generations. All companies are run by visionary/creative entrepreneurs who have identified profitable ways to support the local, regional or global community.

Large Market Potential: We assist companies capable of achieving a market value of at least US$25 million and preferably more than US$100M.

Exit Strategy:
We require that the company has viable strategies to obtain liquidity such as natural merger or strategic acquisition opportunities and/or clear paths leading to a successful IPO must be evident.

Return on Investment:
Working Excellence also requires an investment return of at least 5 to 7 times the invested total within 3-5 years.
