Joe is a recognized leader in the social entrepreneur and socially responsible investing communities. Having recently served as Board Chair for Social Venture Network, the largest network of social entrepreneurs in the U.S., he brings over 21 year of experience to Working Excellence leading and social enterprises as a senior executive.

More recently he has served as Partner at TBL Capital, a venture fund investing in entrepreneurs committed to building companies with strong triple bottom line returns, where he remains as an Advisor today.
Joe holds a BS and MBA from the University of Florida School of Business.
His Career History Includes:
- Led RSF Social Finance’s $50 million Social Investment Fund, a private debt vehicle targeting non-profit and for-profit social enterprises.
- Served as CEO of two year-round medical camps and family centers founded by actor Paul Newman through successful start-up phases. Joe led fundraising campaigns raising a combined $55 million and secured $23M in bridge financing to build both state-of-the-art campuses, which serve thousands of families with children suffering from serious illness every year.
- Co-founded and served as CEO of the nation's largest organic beer company, Wolaver's Organic Ales.
- Led a distressed Florida-based petroleum distributorship through a successful turnaround and exit.
